MileMatex is built to collect only the data needed to plan and navigate delivery routes:
What we plan to collect
Account information (email), device location while actively planning or navigating a route, and route/stop data you enter or scan.
Where your data lives
Driver and account data is hosted in Canada, in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
Third parties
Limited account and device metadata may be processed by third-party services used to run the app (for example, subscription billing and crash reporting), disclosed in full in the final policy.
